Hi doctors while I was in gym I felt little uneasiness in breathing at that I left gym came back and from next day I am doing regular gym as I use to do but from that day I am continuously feeling shortness of breath.every now and then I need to take deep breath to breath normally. I went to physician he examined everything and did ECG everything seems normal. What could be the reason for this issue. I am 34 height 6ft and weight 84 kg.

if there's no chest pain then simply get a pft done to rule out any changes in lungs..mostly the sob is due to muscular pain in gym due to overexertion

It is better to consult pulmonologist and cardiologist with detailed history and reports and treatment taken for better evaluation and treatment.
