Please consult to an ENT Specialist as it may be Deviated Septum/Allergic Rhinitis/Polyposis/Turbinate Hypertrophy,..Needs to be assessed clinically. .Once that's taken care of it would make your nasal breathing at night clear without voluntary efforts and prevent dryness of mouth also help snoring.
