I am 30 years .One year I have face the some times getting cold and suffering breathing problem with during this time snoring is came and hand fingers find rash

You seem to be suffering from allergic airway disorder which may require treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays. Since your allergy seems to be seasonal treatment only during such attacks may be sufficient
