Breathing issues

I have breathing difficulty from March 15 th onwards and dry cough And I have history of dust allergy.. Too from seven years.. I went for Covid Test in may three times negative.. But breathing difficultly, too much body painand fatigue and headaches , sometimes 37.2 c fever is coming.. Worry me more ..can you help me what medications should I take to cure this..

I agree with the medication prescription by above doctor. Also do CBC / CXRAY-PA & serum IgE level. Whenever possible meet a nearby pulmonologist to do spirometry test to understand your lung function.
