Breathing issue

I've braething issue from two months it happens when I'm in front of fan or when i lie down. I consult a doctor, he told for digital x ray of chest and blood test. In report My AEC (absolute eosinophil count) and hemoglobin is okay. And doctor told me that x ray of chest is also okay. He said it will be airway blockage issue. But after completing my 18 days . It doesn't improve. What can be my problem? Pls tell .🙏

It will be psychological dyspnea.. and your reports are normal. Check your saturation.. Don't lie down suddenly. Do you have any other symptoms, Are you in any medications?     Consult me for further evaluation.
