Breathing, eyesight and memory problems

Hi, I am having anxiety and able to feel my heart beats in most of the nights but not sure the reason about this. I am having GERD and taking Sucrafil 2 times per day. Getting back pain and feeling week. When seeing bright lights, eyesight is getting blurred. Breathing seems to be shorter occasionally and sort of memory loss or confusion happening occasionally. Is this anything related to some serious issues. Am male, 29Y.
