Breath shortness

After receiving covid vaccine, started suffering from breath shortness and pain in lungs, took medicine for bronchitis. But didn't get cure completely. Checked with gastroenterologist, and then took medicine for acid reflux. After second doze of vaccine again suffering from sevier breathing problem. What should I do? It's been 3 months taking medication. PS - Never got covid before.
