Breastfeeding struggle
My baby is not latching and is on formula feed, also both my breasts have formed lumps in underarms area and both breasts are hurting a lot.
This is happening due to accumulation of milk.If you wish to feed your child you can try applying an ice pack and express it with a pump and feed it to the child.If you don't discard the expressed milk and wear a tight bra and avoid breast stimulation.

The pain and lumps could be due to clogged milk ducts and breast engorgement as a result of infrequent feeding.
Try to take a warm shower and gently massaging your breast to express the milk. You can take Paracetamol for pain. It is safe during breast feeding. If you are planning on completely stopping breast feeding then you will need medicines to do so.
