Hell doctor, I am Ankylosing Spondylitis patient.. I have a child who is just 15days old..i have lot of hip pain..my rhemotologist had given GEMPAR 1K TABLET for pain relief.. Now he is out of station so I am not able to contact him. Is it OK to take GEMPAR 1K tablet during breastfeeding (15days baby) Plz suggest is is it safe?

Gempar (paracetamol) is passed on to the baby through milk. It is better avoided. Use of fomantation and yoga exercises may relieve your pain. Visit my youtube channel 'dr N c gupta'  and watch 'me and my yoga' It may solve your problem.
