I have been feeding my baby since past one and half month. Due to c section milk supply started on 3rd day and gradually increases. I have been issue since past 3 to 4 days as my milk supply is not same through out day. My baby cry after half n hour of feeding like he doesn't Get milk while sucking. Although earlier milk supply was good if haven't feed him enough for two or three feedings it goes to engorged breast. But since past few days initial feed say half n hour baby is proper otherwise he cry while sucking. Does that means my milk supply is decreasing but when I try to check by squeezing it comes like extreme flow like fountain.

Every mother has adequate milk for her baby some time it might be wrong technique of feeding causing issues.. Just feed your baby from one side till it gets completely empty then shift to other side... Initial part of milk is thick rich in fats, carbs and proteins..required to satisfy his hunger Remaining part is water satisfy his thirst. .. If baby still cries consult pediatrician. Don't go on Top feeding without consultation.
