My child is 10 months old and has eczema. Are there vegetables/ food that I should avoid eating during breastfeeding ? Also are some vegetables more beneficial ?

Hi Eczema can be because of many reasons. And it is a huge terminology. It can be just too much of dry skin also. Since the Baby is 10 months old I am sure you are already feeding baby with food. So make sure you don't feed anything that increases eczema or dry skin.

don't put too much powder on the baby and avoid brinjal non veg food and observe for any food that can increase the condition while you are feeding the baby with food.
