Your mammography is suspicious of a breast cancer hence fnac was done which will give you a tissue level diagnosis . in worst case it would be a cancerous lump which at all stages there is a treatment available for breast cancer, so don't worry. it's treatable and curable. If it comes as ordinary lump also then I would suggest you to get the lump out by surgery. ...bcos at old age chances of cancer is high.
