Hello doctors, my wife had cesarian delivery 2 months back. She is breastfeeding since then. Earlier she used to say her breast size has become very big after pregnancy. Now she is telling her breast size is looking so small. Can this indicating any serious issue?

It is her feeling . Please ask her to consult her Gynaecologist so that an exact measurement can be taken. Then she should get the breast measured every 4 weeks. We should start getting worried only after confirming that a problem really exists.
