My milk supply is low shall i take lactare tablet even though am eating all nutritious food like milk fish badam women horlicks and legyam am not getting sufficient milk supply please tell me what should I do to increase my milk supply

If you feel milk supply a low ,you can very well use lactare tablet.. Also eat high protein diet and galactagogue like jeera , saunf n diet may help
