It can be cyclic pain and related to ur Mensuration ( PMS) , and due to hormonal changes .As it is only unilateral ( right breast ) it is matter of concern and needs assessment . It can also be some underlying abscess or unidentified lump /infection inside.better to consult me now for proper assessment and advice .
