Exact 3Month back I was examining myself and poked my armpits and right side of right breast firmly the very day after that my whole arm started paining,it git reduced tw but the pain radiated to my right neck,right shoulded since then I have a pain in my breast if I touch it press it I'm very much paranoid is it something fatal. I went to the gynac she examined and said it's nothing and I don't need an usg, I have had costochonditis, I have pcos too .my blood work, estrogen, prolactine tw every is normal . It's not that I have the pain regularly but yes definitely when I sleep on that right side Ma'am what is it? Also, till now if I press that side of my breast firmly,many days I'll have pain
