My baby is 2 months old. I'm having flat nipples. He is not latching properly. Also my milk supply is not adequate. Don't want to give formula feeds. Please suggest me what to do.

If it's a inverted nipple you can get it corrected and you take a lactation consultant opinion

Use a nipple puller that will evert the nipple and then try to latch on the baby. You can also use breast pump. Drink more fluids Stay hydrated Try to sleep when baby sleeps Eat healthy diet Galactogogues will increase your milk supply like garlic, yeast and moringa You can also take tablets Try different positions to feed the baby Consult for further if you are having doubts
