Breast discomfort and back pain

27 f ...having upper back pain from many days and left shoulder pain and from few days left breast discomfort like burning sensation from left under atan to left breast corner and near nipple and aerola.what may be the reason is it due to breast cancer as of now no lump is visible but iam worried if it all it is the starting for breast cancer .plz reply thank you
