Breast cancer IIb stage

Patient age 52. It was IIb stage of breast cancer and operation has already been done.and left breast has been removed .6 Chemotherapy is already given to the Patient as doctor prescribed and the course is over. Further we want to know the proceedings. And details of further check up.for the Patient. Please guide.
