Hello Ma'am/Sir, Two months ago my grandmother said that she have something "ganth type" under her left breast. We are belongs from the Middle class Family, and my father have ESIC facilities we get some report from ESIC for my grandmother breast "ganth" and they may be she has victim of cancer. Then my father move to appolo hospital to confirm the same, in the appolo we do another report that I have attached here. Please advise your opinion for the attached report. How may I proceed further?

Its is most likely a malignant pathology.. patientshould undergo Biopsy and proper staging work up.. Consult a breast oncologist
