Breast and nipple pain

I have both nipple and breast pain in both breast  since two months.I have also done Breast sonography reports are normal but I have vitamin d deficiency..I also have Pcod and OCD problem...now I am getting fear of cancer..please guide me..is it anything serious..I had taken lots of medicine but there is no effect...now I am taking evening primsoy oil and vitamin d supplements. I have read on internet that Vit D deficiency may cause breast cancer ..is this true? Plzzzz reply... I have done following tests 1. Breast sonography 2. Vitamin B12-199 3.Vitamin D- 8.3 4. Prolactin-16.6 have attached my both reports

Don't worry about anything. Its just tenderness. May be due hormonal imbalance. It may be due to irregular menses. You should take analgesic and anti inflammatory drugs after food twise a day for 3 days.
Next Steps
