Brain Fog, Extreme Fatigue, Cant Breathe

I have really bad fatigue and brain fog and struggle to breathe especially with exercise. Body is sore. doctors cant figure out whats wrong. I have been diagnosed with erosive gastritis and pericarditis and a kidney infection in July. Metabolic Panel test is normal. Healthy weight and non-smoker. ESR of 6; ANA <16, Lyme, R.Factor, and CCP Negative

Hello there. I can understand your concern. As of now you can take a tab. Neurobion forte twice a day after food for 15 days. Tab. Health OK once a day after food for 15 days.
