Brain CT Scan report suggestion

Patient is having loose motion since last 20+ days and is having extreme headache around right eye and right side head since last 3 days. This CT scan was done couple of days back. Please check and explain if any issue.

You need to do urgent MRI brain venography contrast Then pt will need further treatment

As per the report possibility of Cerebral venous thrombosis is mentioned. Even with such acute history of unilateral severe headache , possibility of the same should be ruled out
