Hi.. My brother is suffering from Brain clot.. Earlier he got treated for 5days in icu . Doctor said for surgery thn we shifted him to another hospital.. After CT scan and MRI he was hospitalised for 15 days.. After that doctor discharge him from hospital saying that clot is not too much can be cured by medicines. He has improved but still has speech issue specifically relating the item names. Medicines prescribed are.. 1).levepsy 1gm..2).diamox 250mg...3).metaspan...4).acitrom 4mg /3mg..5)naxdom....6)looz.... Will he be able to recover completely.. Are medicines OK or do we need to consult more

infarct is involving the speech area so it will take long time to recover. sometimes there is a residual deficiency which needs speech therapy and otherwise u have to learn to live with it. Treatment is ok
