scalp hematoma is basically  a blood clot outside the brain tissue which is lodged in the skin over your skull. It is commonly harmless.  if you have any other symptoms like vomitting sensation, giddiness, blurring of vision , muscle weakness, loss of balance then you have to seek medical attention
