Grinder teeth as in molars are not removed in ortho treatment. If too much movement is required then your orthodontist may remove your first or second premolar depending on the space required. Without teeth removal only minor movement is possible by proximal stripping.

It's possible.there are possibilities like IPS which helps in getting minor spaces.but an xray and complete teeth analysis will list out the best possibilities .self ligating braces are one of the best options available

There is an option called enamel stripping which is a method of removing minute amount of enamel in between teeth and creating space for teeth to be pushed back. But I t won't be effective in all cases as different patients require different amount of teeth retraction.

Minor pushback is possible by proximal stripping. But for proper correction extraction is needed.
