Dear doctor Today morning my BP fluctuate from 106/71 to 122/80. Are these are normal variations in bp . Iam using met xl 12.5 due to heart palpitations and two months back I done a ECG,2D ECHO and TMT all are normal

10-15 mghg variation in blood pressure is normal it may fluctuate due to various reasons however as per history all the test reports were normal then one ECG will be sufficient to rule out underlying cardiac cause.
