Can I take telmasartan 40 mg on and off? Actually I have high bp sometimes ( not always) It shoots up to 160/100.. I already take metaprol xl 25 mg which controls my heart rate but not bp... ER doctor told me to take telmasartan for few days then take it once in 3 days...
