I would advise you to take your wife to the OBGYN and she must get evaluated and undergo further investigations to find the underlying cause of the low blood pressure. If she has low BP at that time give her lime juice with salt or some salt water to correct it but i strongly suggest that you meet the OBGYN so that the underlying cause for the BP can be found and treated
