  4. Bp is high. On weight too. pls help me!

I have bp 138 by 74 and pulse 70.. I have never had such high bp. I stopped breastfeeding 2 months ago and since then I haven't got my periods too.. this reading is home monitored and it makes me really worried. After seeing this reading I have become nervous and anxious. Also post weaning I have put on weight too. Pls help me

Systolic BP is slightly elevated still not requiring medicines. Follow regular exercise and well balanced diet.
