Hello, My Spo2 saturation was 98 with pulse 55 I checked my Bp it was 112/60 I was feeling little dizzy and from 2 days I had stomach pain is my Bp too low I am not athlete bit overweight ?

No blood pressure is not so low , to cause dizziness. But pulse is also low, stomach pain may be due to a stomach infection. Maintain good hydration with electrolytes. Keep checking your vitals. Any doubt please consult immediately.
