Bp and pregnancy

Hi all, I m suffering from recurrent miscarriages since 3 years. Just before few days I got to know my bo remains high. My bp is around 148/90 and next day also it was same. Can this might be the reason for my recurrent miscarriages? I miscarriages at very early stage around week 5 or week 6. Please help

Further evaluation needs to be done for miscarriage. Only high bp can't be related to recurrent miscarriage
