If you have a digital BP monitor at home check the BP morning and evening for next 2 days and write it down. Also check your fasting blood sugar if you have a glucometer at home. Or check HbA1c and blood urea and creatinine at the lab. Consult me online we can refill the medicines or adjust the dosage.
