Bowel movements

I don't have regular daily bowel movements. Sometimes it's once in two days and sometimes once in three days. I don't feel any discomfort during the movement. A few of the times I have to deal with constipation but other than that nothing. Is this normal?

Maintain a high-fiber diet: Consume foods rich in fiber, like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes. Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the day to soften stool and aid digestion. Regular exercise: Engage in physical activity to stimulate bowel movements and promote regularity. Don't ignore the urge: When you feel the need to have a bowel movement, don't delay. Avoid processed foods: Limit your intake of processed and low-fiber foods. Manage stress: High stress levels can affect digestion, so practice stress-reduction techniques. Establish a routine: Try to have meals and bathroom visits at consistent times each day. Over-the-counter remedies: If necessary, consult a healthcare provider for suitable laxatives or stool softeners.
