Sir my problem is my bones make noises especially when my knee band. or sometimes my ankle. there is no pain. but sometimes my left leg knee back and side make not comfortable. sir i have no pain in leg. sir suggest some medicine or exercise. to cure permanently

noise is due to rubbing of some tissues over the bone. there is no medicine for the same., identify the actions that produce the sound and work on improving the same.
