I have bone joint problems vitamin d3 problem I have 13.5 vitamin d percentage I'm using d3 supplements from 1 month but there is no change and I have numbness problem also in my left arm and on my face my total body getting cool automatically and I'm getting some problem in my head chekkar coming in my head nd some times my left hand nerves getting tite I'm went to neourology doctor in kims hospital at kondapur he sujjisted some tablets I'm using tablets from last 10 days but there is no change now what I have to do which doctor is good for me pls subject

Supplement oral will take time I prefer to give a vit D3 injection 6 lakh iu deep im stat dose And feel the difference Well medication need time to work Avoid strain and kindly take rest

Dear ....kbhi kbhi dhup bhi kha liya karo supplement ki jagh.  I mean take sunbath oftenly. ..i mean wat hapnd to psychology of people like you ...they want miracle in 10 days.  ...u r the one never go fod eexercises u r the one dont wanaa tKe sunbath ..u r the one hardly take care of diet timing nd diet modification ... But when it cmes to a diseases u want to get rid of it frm supplement which have negligible importance in health  ... Rest is yours call sir. God bless you
