Bones and joint problems

Joint pains. Started 2 years ago. Cannot walk at a point. 37 years old. X ray says no arthritis. Lately muscles like bicep also began to pain me. Knees, wrists, ankles. Cannot walk for a long distance. Am Making a wild guess that it is autoimmune disorder.
