Disk c7 d1 have tuberculosis in bone and bluging disk in l4 l5 and pain in hands and problem in right leg also

Tuberculosis of spine treatment varies depending upon the level of compression to the neural structures..if there is no compression it will be treated with medications..if there is any neurological symptoms and abscess causing neurological compression it may need surgery.. Lumbar disc prolapse also may benefit from medications ..if it is not subsiding with medications it may require surgery based upon your symptoms
