I am 30 years old,now days I seeing continues pain in my right hand bones,I have some skin problem and hair loss problem and headache is also there

Hello..... Please describe the problems in detail...like in skin what is the problem? Is there any itching, rashes, discharge, scaling...etc. Also I believe that all your problems are due to certain vitamin defficiency...like B12, D3....
