My father is suffering from multilevel vertebral metastasis with intraspinal metastasis.... Loss senses in lower limbs ....undergo radiotherapy.... It is at D12/L1 level.... please please is it fatal?

Need to identify what is the source of this to be able to treat it. Prostate or lungs could be first guess, but can only comment further once I have ab look at the reports

It is definitely not good news. Our intention of treatment should be palliative and make him as comfortable as we can.
