I play badminton thrice a week and right after playing, I am getting severe joint pains like hip pain, shoulder pain, Knee pain. Is this due to any Vitamin Deficiency. Can you please suggest the treatment for this.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Yes it could be. Advice you to take a tab. Supracal pro once a day after food for a month. Tab. D3 must 60k once a week for 16 weeks. Tab. Neurobion forte once a day after food for a month. Consult a orthopedician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
