Boil near abscess healed

Recently my peri anal surgery incision was healed. After healing I got medium size boil like structure next to the healed place attaching to that place. It's not like abscess that I went through incision. Like a medium boil and redness. Please suggest me what to do. If that breaks what to do. Or should get incision? Please let me know what ointment to be applied to make pus out and heal faster.
