Boil-like bump around genital crease.

I get recurring bumps in my genital area that follow the same pattern every time. They start small, like a hard mosquito bite. Over 2-3 days they get more raised/bumpy. In the next 1-2 days a whitehead forms and it pops on its own. Within 1-2 days after that, it fully heals. After healing, it leaves a small hole that doesn't hurt, which turns into a blackhead that I usually clean out. These bumps usually appear along the same crease/fold in my groin area, but this time time appeared in a slightly different spot for the first time which is Labia majora near vaginal opening. This cycle repeats every 2-3 weeks. The bump is roughly 1-2 cm in size. I don't have fever, significant pain, or foul odor with these. I'm 29 years old. What could be causing this recurring pattern, and how can I prevent or treat it properly? Is this likely to be folliculitis, ingrown hairs, or blocked glands? What's safe to use on it right now, especially once it's already popped?

Might be blocked glands since it’s recurring along with pus formation….antibiotics need to be taken but please see a doctor and get examined before that Do you use razors around that area or shave around that area?
