Hi...my son 1 year old, he has a body temperature 99.3...is this normal?how much temperature do you have to v Give a medicine???

This is normal. You should remove the over clothing , make environmental temperature comfortable , ensure that there is no dehydration . If temperature is more than 100 degree , you might give medicine and investigate too.
