Body pain due to atmosphere change

Since from last two days atmosphere is changed to cloudy i am feeling little body pain from today morning please help what i can do.

Keep hydrated. Take  coconut water and electrol water. If body pain is unbearable and if u develop any other symptoms consult for further management
