BMI is height to weight ratio and does not classify whether a person is dwarf or of normal height....around 4 ft in India is not uncommon....it indicates how much weight your body can handle..so that the basic function of the body remains healthy.
So for you, the physiological functions should not be jeopardize d by overweight.
Don't have to worry but be little careful about excess weight
