My son is 3 years old but his height and body is not growing so what should be done for him? So he is physically fit but growth is slow.

At this age, the growth of the child is a bit slow till adolescence. The weight and height of the child is needed to do proper evaluation. You can share the weight and height of the child for any recommendations.
