Body dissatisfaction

Hello doctor I am having some body dissatisfaction ,body image,appearence issues which has caused some anxiety and depression issues,there is lack of social participation compares myself with others,other people look good to me and I don't like myself.is solution is only gym? How can I gain some confidence,life seems difficult ,loss of interest in activities and studies have failed in exams ,dont want to do anything only I sleep. Can I become social again and enjoy my life again parents are worried.should I hire a personal trainer? I think still I am childish only people mock me they just let me down. I have social insecurity and I don't feel stronger only feel weak as a person don't know what is happening in my life.plz help me with this issue so that I may get rid out of it.

Think  positive about yourself. Do meditation or yoga to get rid of anxiety and depression. Laugh more to gain confidence and be social enjoy people's presence around you .take high protein foods like all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer, chicken, fish etc. to gain muscle mass .
