Hi Good morning Since last 14 months i am suffering with many health issues. After csection delivery in last august my right thumb was triggered. I went through physiotherapy for two months then lastly took a cortisone shot. After that my knees was paining so again physiotherapy. After one month my left thumb was triggered again physiotherapy then cortisone shot. After two months both my legs ( knees, calves, thighs, ankles) are aching. Its now 4 months. I m taking glucosamine as prescribed by orthopedic. Today both my wrists are aching. I m really tired now and don't have stamina to fight more. Please help.
