Body ache

Since last month I have been experiencing body pain in the morning after waking up. Mornings are usually annoying cause of pain which leads to bad mood. Today I have been experiencing one hand pain starting from the collarbone . I did have vitamin d deficiency last year for which I took medication for two months . Since it was a rainy season, I haven't been exposed to sun as well. Is this something that needs attention or is it just vitamin d deficiency.

You need to do regular exercises and relaxation therapy. Along with this can start doing meditation. Vit d3 replacement can be taken along this.
